ARLOsoriano/Charlene Lobo Soriano is a life coach and creative born and raised in San Francisco.
With over 25 years experience in higher education, I’ve honed my skills in coaching individuals in meeting goals as well as building capacity and agency. I enjoy teaching as well as working alongside students of all ages to help set them up for success.
My area of expertise is first-generation college students, and by extension, first-generation professionals as they navigate spaces post-college. My coaching practice is bespoke to each individual, because we all know, there is no one size fits all approach to fostering success!
